- Software can be installed
on our web servers for easy accessibility from all mobile
wireless devices including laptops with cellular wireless
cards and blackberry's or any web enabled mobile device..
- Software can be installed
locally in your office on a server connected to a network.
This is good for systems that do not need to be accessed
outside of you office.
- Locally installed systems
may optionally be enabled to allow remote connections from
mobile devices with some additional hardware.
- Installation and Training
is provided at your location and is included in the cost.
Training time depends on the size and complexity of your
system.
- All software is written as
a web based application. This allows the addition of a
mobile device or workstation without installing software.
Simply open a web browser on the new device, go to the

- Point of
sale systems and inventory management systems
can be integrated or separate. If you need a
Warehouse Management System (WMS) this can be
implemented without the point of sale system. The
WMS system includes features such as shipping,
receiving, order picking and inventory management.
- Computer
Aided Dispatch System can be used for sales
dispatch, Installation dispatch, service calls or
police dispatch. This system can be tied to an order
entry system to have sales staff in the field taking
orders and the dispatch system sending out
installers or service staff within seconds. This
tracks time on site and charges or billing for
services in real time.
- Wireless
Order Taking allows your servers to take
customer orders at the table using a wireless mobile
device. When the server clicks 'Send' the order is
instantly displayed to the kitchen staff before the
server has even left the table.
- Report
Systems can be used if you currently have
employees in the field that must return paper forms
of the days activities. These forms can be automated
and submitted instantly from any computer.
